Low-Cost of ETFs Drawing More Than Retail Investors

The crush of retail investors choosing ETFs for their low cost is well known by this point. But BBH analysis has found that the draw extends to institutional investing, as asset managers shift their attentions given the low cost and the high liquidity ETFs provide.

In an interview with Markets Media, Ryan Sullivan, Vice President of Global ETF Services at BBH, discusses his bullish outlook for ETFs which he partially attributes to increasing demand from institutional investors like pension funds and insurance companies.

Sullivan also pointed to new proposals and policy changes designed to help ETFs weather future market volatility.
